Willow landscaping is a family owned and operated small business that was established in 2016. We are proud to serve the West Seattle community and surrounding areas. At Willow Landscaping, our employees are like family and we appreciate the work they due and the commitment to our organization.

Matt Hankins
Owner/Head Landscaper
Matt has been involved in landscaping for over 20 years and got his start in New Mexico, where he obtained his certification in permaculture and irrigation management. While he does a wide variety of landscaping, Matt prefers sustainable landscaping. He encourages people to replace grass lawns with native plants/flowers and pollinator gardens. When not landscaping, Matt is busy raising his two daughters with his wife, Tahlia, in West Seattle. Matt also loves carving spoons!

Reid Rosemond
Landscaper
Reid has been with Willow Landscaping since 2022 and is a valuable asset to our company. Reid is a dedicated employee and has a passion for sustainable landscaping and leaving this earth better than he found it.

Tahlia Hankins
Owner/Manager
Tahlia has been involved with landscaping since 2012 and has been the manager of Willow landscaping since 2016. While Tahlia mainly has a seat behind the scenes managing payroll and invoicing, you may see her around building fences and pressure washing. Tahlia has extensive building history and finds great joy in transforming a space. When not managing Willow Landscaping, Tahlia works full time as a paramedic in King County and is raising her two daughters along side her husband, Matt.
